Who we are
Loveley Desk is made by 3S Computer System and Software, a software company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We build small, focused business software — the kind a five-person team can start using on a Monday morning without a rollout plan, a consultant or a training session.
Loveley Desk is our own product, funded by its subscriptions rather than by advertising or data. That matters for a simple reason: our only incentive is that you keep finding the desk useful.
Why Loveley Desk exists
Most work software asks a small team to behave like a large one. Boards with swimlanes, sprints nobody runs, dashboards that summarise a workday into a chart nobody reads. The tools are built for reporting upwards — and small teams have nobody to report upwards to.
So we built the opposite: a desk. A notepad for tasks, sticky notes for reminders, a cabinet for files, a corkboard the team shares, and a journal for the day. Each thing looks like the physical object it replaces, because a desk is something you understand in a second and a dashboard is something you have to learn.
Calm is a design constraint here, not a slogan. Features get rejected when they add noise — that is why due dates on reminders are optional, and why the assistant knocks once instead of pinging all day.
Who's behind it
I built Loveley Desk because I kept losing the small things — a reminder in one app, a file in another, a half-written thought in a chat thread I never reopened. I wanted one place that felt like sitting down at my own desk in the morning, and nothing on the market felt like that. How we operate
Four things we can point at, rather than four things we ask you to take on faith.
Every task, note, file and pin is tagged to your account, and row-level security in the database enforces it. Files are served through short-lived signed links, never public URLs.
Read the privacy policyPaddle is the merchant of record for every subscription. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and never reach our servers.
Read the termsYou can delete your account and everything on it yourself, from Settings → Profile. Cancelling a plan is one click in Settings → Billing — no email, no retention call.
How we handle deletionThe company is registered in the United Arab Emirates and treats the UAE Personal Data Protection Law as its baseline for how personal data is collected, stored and removed.

Support, billing questions, privacy requests and bug reports all go to the same address, and are usually answered within one business day (Sunday–Thursday, UAE time).
