Is the Solo Desk really free?
Yes. One seat, 100 MB of storage and the whole core desk — tasks, sheets, reminders, corkboard and journal — at no cost.
How does per-seat billing work?
You pay for the seats in your workspace each month. Adding a seat mid-cycle is prorated automatically by Paddle; removing one lowers the next invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account settings and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Where is my data stored?
In a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so each desk only ever returns its own rows. Files are served through short-lived signed links.
