1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Loveley Desk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Loveley Desk is a virtual workspace for teams. It includes features such as task management, reminders, file storage, a corkboard, calendar events, team directory, and support ticketing. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payment and billing

Paid plans are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize recurring charges where applicable. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Changes typically take effect at the next billing cycle. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Loveley Desk for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with the service's availability, security, or performance.
• Send spam, phishing, or malware through the service.

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Loveley Desk. You grant us the limited right to host, copy, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

7. Intellectual property

Loveley Desk's name, logo, design, code, and trademarks are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer them without our written permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete your account (cancel any active paid subscription from the Billing tab first). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Loveley Desk is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loveley Desk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE, except where local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Operating entity

Loveley Desk is a product operated under the commercial license of 3S Computer System and Software, a business licensed in the United Arab Emirates. "Loveley Desk" remains the product name used for all customer-facing communication.
